1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Sigmoo services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform.

2. Services Overview

Sigmoo provides cloud-based communication solutions including:

  • Bulk SMS and OTP messaging
  • Voice and IVR APIs
  • WhatsApp Business messaging
  • RCS messaging and chatbot integrations

All services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account and business information
  • Maintain confidentiality of API keys and credentials
  • Use services only for lawful and authorized purposes
  • Comply with telecom regulations, TRAI guidelines, and anti-spam laws

You must not use Sigmoo services for:

  • Sending unsolicited or spam communications
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activities
  • Transmitting illegal or harmful content
4. Account Security

You are responsible for all activities performed using your account. Sigmoo is not liable for any unauthorized access due to compromised credentials.

5. Payment & Billing

Services are offered on a prepaid or postpaid basis depending on agreement

Pricing may vary based on service type and usage

Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension

6. Service Availability

Sigmoo aims for high uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, telecom dependencies, or external factors.

7. Data Usage & Privacy

Sigmoo processes data only for service delivery and does not access or use message content for marketing or profiling. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Dependencies

Some services rely on telecom operators, WhatsApp, or other external providers. Sigmoo is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party networks.

9. Suspension & Termination

Sigmoo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these terms
  • Engage in illegal or abusive activity
  • Pose security or compliance risks
10. Limitation of Liability

Sigmoo shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Message delivery delays caused by telecom operators
  • Business losses due to service interruptions
11. Modifications

Sigmoo may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of applicable courts.
