All payments made for Sigmoo services are generally non-refundable, as services are prepaid and consumed in real-time.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error
  • Failed transaction where amount is deducted but services are not credited
  • Service unavailability due to verified technical issues on Sigmoo's end
3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Used SMS credits, voice minutes, or API usage
  • Delivery failures due to invalid numbers, DND restrictions, or telecom filtering
  • User configuration errors or misuse of APIs
  • Change of mind after purchase
4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact Sigmoo Support with transaction details
  • Provide payment proof and issue description

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Account Termination

If an account is terminated due to violation of Terms & Conditions, no refund will be issued.
